“The only reason for the low score is the packaging on my artificial flower order was very badly damaged, squashed to half its size. I refused delivery and in fact had a refund. I have now ordered them again in the hope that Marriner have spoken to their delivery provider and stressed the importance of careful handling of orders. Now, to be completely fair to Marriner, in my three phone calls to them, they could not have been more helpful, I am naming Andrew in particular. I realise once the order has left their domain they don't have much control over the handling of parcels So, we live in hope of a safely delivered order.”

Hi Jane. The parcel containing your order was returned to us yesterday by the courier, and we can see that the box had not been handled carefully by the courier. However open opening the box, we can confirm that the artificial flowers inside the box were still in great condition and you wouldn't know they'd been stuck in a damaged box for almost 3 weeks. We haven't had any other parcels containing the flowers being reported as being damaged, so hopefully, they are taking better care of the parcels now and the replacement you've just ordered is delivered in good condition.
