“Placed an order the system was giving me a problem , but I finally put my order in , , when I received my order there was a lovely personal note from Tracey Wonderful customer service , lovely colour sampler , and yummy sweets I Will be placing more orders in the future”

“I ordered violet, pink and white dk Essentials wool I was very happy with the white and pink wool but the violet wool didn't seem as thick and i wasn't very happy with it but had to use it. The parcel arrived very quickly which was good.”

“The 100% mercerised cotton is lovely to work with and good value for money. I only wish it would come with a certificate for the EN71-3 safety requirements. Without this certificate we cannot use it for selling or donating crocheted or knitted toys. More colours always welcome.”
