Hi Thank you for your feedback. We endeavour to use the highest quality products and always do our utmost to minimise faults in our yarns. Unfortunately, it does happen occasionally. Due to the nature of spinning and balling yarn, occasional knots are unavoidable when joining sections of yarn during the process. This greatly reduces wastage of the yarn and allows a smoother balling process. Hope this helps. Marriner Yarns Team

“I love knitting with this yarn, with it being on a 500g 4ply cones I don’t have any knots or joins when knitting. I haven’t got a knitting machine so I knit by hand, getting one ladies jumper easily off one cone with wool left over. Also I find it difficult to find 4 ply wool and patterns elsewhere, so thank you Marriner Yarns.”
