“I love marriner wool you will never be able to get the quality for the price they,do om here..amazing quality I had.onky just started knitting teaching myself.with you tube now I have a bookmark people wanting me to male them things. “Nice wool to knit with at a very good price. Quick dispatch though delivery was much longer but no fault of marriner yarns , royal mails. But received in the end so everything ok and didnt stop me ordering again :-)”

Hi Gwyneth, I can see that your order in connection with this review was delivered on January 22nd. If you are querying your most recent order from February 25th, I can see that your order was processed for dispatch the following day, Saturday Feb 26th. This would have been collected the next working day by Royal Mail on Monday, Feb 28th. Orders are sent on a 48-hour delivery service, but delivery can sometimes take 3 - 5 days on average, unfortunately. I am sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived, but I can confirm that it is still in transit with Royal Mail, and I imagine that it will be with you any day now.
