“I am very sad to say this I bought your baby blanket pattern and wool I have now finished it but am 26 rows short on yellow and white I contacted your customer services and was basically told I was lying as you have had it tested I would like acknowledgment and the wool I need to finish this please I have never had any issues with you wool until now”

Hi Betty Glad we sorted out the problem with your yarn. I can assure you our customer service team did not at any point think you were lying about this. It is just that the product had been made up by one of our professional knitters, who told us how much yarn would be needed to complete the blanket. Glad this has all been resolved. “The choice of colour is brilliant and quality consistent for making a range of articles. The elderly love their blankets made with knitted colourful squares giving them comfort and warmth, knowing they are knitted with love from their friends. Also, the yarn is perfect for our three year old Great Grandaughter and her soon to be twin brother and sister who will all be needing warm clothing in the coming situation with the utility bills rocketing. I will also be adding two cot blankets with such a lovely choice of yarn. The thought of seeing his great grand chlldren in their new garments is keeping my 94 year old husband going as he loves to see the finished article and the knitting is also helping me to focus during a very difficult situation for us both !! I therefore thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help in supplying the yarn as I couldn't have done it without you. Bless you all.”
