“Very pleased with the quality of DK and aran with wool, 4ply and Hermitage. Unfortunately my last purchase, the new merino was disappointing. I knitted a lace shawl and struggled to keep tension as I found the yarn very slippery and stretchy. Refund was received 48 hours after returning so as always excellent customer service”

“Have always had superb service from them. The quality of their yarn is fantastic, and having one made an error in purchase, I returned the yarn to them, and they refunded me immediately they received the good. Would be pleased to recommend them to any knitters!”
