“Customer service good, I purchased Marshall block paving recently in charcoal colour for my driveway five pallet, looks quality Driveset Savannah block paving. I will have to use it for coming years then will be able to give more honest review.”

“Ordered on line which was easy and straightforward, No communication from Marshall’s regarding confirmed delivery date, I had to ring and ask when my order was being delivered, Delivery day no problems, phone call and text message from driver to give time slot for delivery.”

“The whole process from ordering online to delivery was easy, swift and hassle-free. I loved the regular emails from Marshalls telling me about the delivery time (down to one hour.. how about that, Royal Mail!!) especially the tracking app so we could see that lorry was in the next village - I could even time it so that as i walked ot onto the pavement, the lorry came around the corner. the delivery man was very pleasant and efficient and I showed him how out previous delivery of Crost walling looked in the garden and he was very impressed .... I'll send you a piccy if you want!!! Super service .... Michael Castle PS If our garden was even bigger we'd order a 3rd batch !! :)”

“I am a retail customer and I initially sought help from Marshalls as I was unable to get any builders merchant to sell me a part pallet - in some cases a full pallet- of my chosen paving to extend an existing patio. Even when I was told what to say to the merchants it was still hopeless. As it turned out it was as cheap to buy a full pallet directly from Marshalls and I have enough leftover for my next project; whatever that will be. Delivery was on time and the driver really helpful in getting the goods as near to the back of the house as possible.”

“Easy process to order online and able to select preferred delivery day. Driver called an hour before delivery and was very friendly and ensured I was 100% happy with where he dropped the paving slabs.”

“Initially we were going to buy rustic yellow bricks at our local Travis Perkins store as we saw last pallet there. Unfortunately, when time to buy came those pallet was gone and we made inquiry to give us a quotes for the similar bricks. In 3 days time we still haven't got any respond from Travis Perkins, so it was the moment to look somewhere else. Marshalls' offers attracted our attention by clear price policy and availability. Without waisting more time we made an online purchase. After another couple days we received Travis Perkins quotes and were absolutely pleased to see that our purchase at Marshalls was a wise move, as we bought better product with the honest price and adequate delivery cost compare with pricy Perkins bricks and too expensive delivery. Yesterday our bricks been delivered. Very nice driver, who called me "love", called me at morning and told what time he will arrive and arrived at our place as he promised. Unload was quick and painless. As I'm not a builder I chosen Marshalls bricks by its aesthetic, but my husband was in the construction industry more than 20 years and knows Marshalls products from his own personal experience with it, and he is sure that we have bought a very good quality bricks and I believe him. Thank you very much Marshalls team for such good smooth experience.”
