“Unfortunately disappointed for the second time as both deliveries have been damaged. The first time I continued to use the materials, which resulted in a lot of waste. Yesterday’s delivery again resulted in damaged goods. Will be making a formal complaint on Monday when I can speak to a representative.”

“I placed my order for paving slabs which was handled both swiftly and well. When my delivery was changed it resulted in a cheaper option so my refund was also handled swiftly and efficiently. However, some 20 paving slabs out of my total order of 120 were sub standard and unusable. I reported this matter to Technical Services with photos and receipt was acknowledged quickly and the matter was passed on to the quality manager to investigate. I am currently still awaiting the outcome and can’t progress my job hence the deduction of one star.”

“I ordered 2 x2 pallets of light and dark grey slabs and the delivery driver only delivered 3. I cannot understand that this could happen when the delivery note actually states 2 x 2 pallets. I have emailed Marshalls and as of now, I have not received a response. Therefore, I am not impressed as the service I have received has been inadequate .”

“Agreed delivery date was 19th so I had conctractors booked in to carry out installation. I was not informed it was an estimate delivery date. I now have lost money with sub contractors as it to late to cancel them. Won’t be using you again”
