I placed my order for paving slabs which was handled both swiftly and well. When my delivery was changed it resulted in a cheaper option so my refund was also handled swiftly and efficiently. However, some 20 paving slabs out of my total order of 120 were sub standard and unusable. I reported this matter to Technical Services with photos and receipt was acknowledged quickly and the matter was passed on to the quality manager to investigate. I am currently still awaiting the outcome and can’t progress my job hence the deduction of one star.
