“Returned goods as very poor quality fabric. Still waiting for refund on returned products 3 weeks later! They have promised bank transfer as have "problems with paypal refunds" still nothing!

Thank you for this review. We are sorry for the issues you have been having with this refund. We have indeed had some problems with our payment system whereby our eCommerce platform communicates with our payment provider PayPal. This issue has now been rectified, however any of the refunds made during this period may need to be re-run manually. I have checked our customer service log and understand that this refund completed on 25th September. Once again my apologies for the delays caused and thank you for your patience.

Have now been waiting more than a week for refund, checked they'd received the returned goods, and despite multiple emails to the company, who despite having a phone number, do not take phone calls, have not had a reply! Would not recommend.”

I returned it straight away, I received an email to say that I had been refunded but 5 days later it still has not been paid into my account! I have sent 2 emails to ask where my refund is but despite Martildo stating on their website that emails will be replied to within 24 hours, mine have not! Will not be ordering again from this company or be recommending them”
“Very fast delivery,dresses are lovely,however one was a little bit of a struggle to get into,would be nice if it had a side zip,(which I may do myself) but otherwise they are both lovely and well worth the price.
