“My toddler dropped a glass straw cup from 1 m and it broke. I love the look, health and environmentally friendly elements of the glass cup but I had hoped it’d be more robust. I think the 8m drop proof claims are a bit misleading.
Other than the breakability, the cup worked fine and looked great.
Was a bit slow to be sent out, but service was polite in that regard.”
“The warmer itself work ok with the car charger. However, the cable I got together with it for us charger is terrible. Barely work. I tried to connect it with the main power source, it just not work right. Disappointed”
“Disappointed by this purchase as it takes an awfully long time to heat a bottle of milk. I tried both in the house and car and each time after 20 minutes the milk was still not warm enough. A Thermos with hot water is a better option unfortunately.”
“I prefer the older style. They didn’t come off. The new ones don’t seem to stay on as well. The lid is a good idea but it does make baby pull off the spout easier”
“The directions are unclear and the forehead directions seem to work differently to others (scan if from left to right on forehead).
The forehead temperature is not consistent with ear, and has never provided a high reading even when there's a fever.
I contacted customer service , left a message and number, no call back.
I deliberately paid almost twice the going rate for a 'good quality' thermometer to be very disappointed.
Life had been busy and i haven't followed up. No doubt I'll get a call back now. Hope so, so they can process a refund perhaps.”
