“I enjoy the baby food product, the bath toys as an additive are nice - however are made of plastic and the wrapping is single use plastic which is bad for the environment. So, maybe invest in finding a more sustainable bath toy product to sell”
Hi Rebecka, We appreciate your feedback. We are moving across to more sustainable packaging for our products. Starting with our bottle products. We plan in the very near future to have only essential plastic (for hygiene reasons) used for our products.

“I made an order on the 25th of December, my order still hasn't been sent out yet. I knew there would be a delay, but it's getting a little ridiculous.”
“Item still lost in with delivery company. Ordered on 20th, item received with company "sendle" on the 23rd, sender advised to be delivered between 1st and 7th dec... item still not received. Disappointed as ordered product for a holiday that i will not have products for.. delivery company are investigating. Not a great start to my first time shopping with Cherub Baby unfortunately. Gave 3 stars as item was posted within 3 days of order being placed.”
“Loved the glass components , just wish the straw was better quality.
I ordered the straw cup with extra straw tops. I wanted to use this to transition from my toddlers nightly bottle to the straw, but the external straw is not great quality. All 3 straw tops looked like they had been chewed, and one looks like it has been heated in one area looks a bit roughed up.
The silicon sleeve has a very strong smell when you first open it, but it does go away. Be good if there was an option without the valve.”
“I ordered 2 glass bottles, however the medium flow teats are too fast for my 8 month old - one is unusable as leaking from the bottom end of teat. Very disappointed. :(”
“Overall the bottles are ok. The glass is good quality but I’ve had instances where the measurements were washing off even though I don’t use harsh chemicals to clean it. I think the 2 little markers that indicate which way the teat needs to be while feeding needs to change. It’s impossible to see these 2 little markers in the middle of the night during feeds and we’ve resulted in making our own mark on the bottle so we know which way is up. I also think other teat shape options would be useful.”
“Unfortunately your tears are very easy to push in and both my 1 year old and 3 year old sometimes push them in and the milk goes everywhere. The glass also breaks very easily I like that they are wide neck and the different attachments and colour a are great.”
“Whilst it does work to take temperature, it does not work as described. There is no beep when the temp is taken. Changing modes to measure a bottle or water temp is fiddly as you have to remove the battery cover to do so. There were no batteries included. I contacted Cherub regarding these issues and they did offer to supply batteries but never got back to me about the beep function. It's ok but certainly not worth the extra money and not an easy device to use.”
