“Needed replacement glass table-top for rattan garden furniture. After consulting John I fowarded a homemade template of dubious quality (wallpaper and sticky tape). The resulting product was a surprisingly good fit, delivered in suitably good packaging in a timely manner. We are very pleased that garden furniture has been given a new lease of life for a reasonable price and grateful to John for all his help.”
