“Contacted John via email basically telling him how desperate we were for this replacement glass. He replied immediately and assured us it would be cut and dispatched that day. It arrived extremely safely packed 5 days later, however that was not his fault the instructions on the parcel said next day delivery. Would definitely recommend John and Me & My Glass”

“I ordered a Spotify plaque from me and my glass as a Christmas present and it arrived with a broken stand, an ‘x’ scratched into the glass, and half the writing in black and half in white when I requested black. As half and half wasn’t an option it’s clear it was printed in white and then a poor attempt to go back over the larger writing was made whilst the smaller writing was just left. I could not reorder a new one in time for Christmas due to the Christmas cut off being the 10th December and the original plaque arriving on the 19th. Full refund issued with a very blunt disinterested email of ‘sorry to hear that’ from customer service. Waste of time and money. Shame there is no option to add photos of damage.”
