“Delivery prompt all good there. I do think that this product should be specified in terms of colour required and not random colours put in a box and shipped. Product is good although i've one bright red perch that i'm not going to use as it looks aweful. Blue and green fine. You should be able to order colours specifically - You wouldn't go to a shop to buy a coat and say ohhhh i like that style but I don't care what colour you supply it to me in. Or would you ?”
“I ordered medication on a Wednesday and paid extra for next day delivery obviously expecting it to be sent Thursday and I would receive it on Friday. Well Friday came and no post so I rang to be told it hadn't been sent yet. Admittedly they sent it Friday and I got it Saturday but never again. When the prescription runs out I'll go somewhere else.”
Hello, Thank you for leaving a review. Next day delivery is from the day of dispatch. As your ordered after 5pm when the office closed on Wednesday your order was processed on the Thursday and dispatched on the Fri. Next day delivery is next day from dispatch which is stated at checkout. All orders do take 1 - 2 working days to process and ship as stated in our delivery terms.
