“Great products at good prices, packaging excessive though which I find really wasteful, two lots of bubble wrap on already sturdy cardboard tubes is unnecessary. The box it came in was twice as big as it needed to be as a result of excess bubble wrap.”
“Purchased Ha Pee Lawns. Their stock was low as I wanted to buy 10 but could only buy 4!
I hope they will get more stock in and to ship them out a little quicker.”

“Service is very good and quick delivery. However it should be possible for us to log in and the site to show what we last ordered. As we order the same food each time this would make life a lot easier for us as Hills has such a range of products to scroll through before we find the right one.
Hopefully this will happen in the near future.

“The service was speedy and the two Kong toys were great and a lot less expensive than on the high street. Only complaint... And I hope it isn't because I missed an option... But as the toys were for boy dogs I'd rather not have had the small one in pink! Call me old fashioned :-) Well, it was a gift for my daughters new puppy!”
“Collar works well except where injury is on leg ... my dog managed to scoop back the soft collar to get to her wound so had to change back to the hard collar.
