“I ordered 5 boxes of meds next day delivery / turns out there were only 2 in stock I had to wait another 3. Days to get the 5 boxes . Then on day of delivery UK mail failed to deliver . I got the meds the next day at 9pm! at total of a week for next day delivery - was still charged next day delivery also
Also pricing on website is misleading as it excludes vat

“I placed my order on a Sunday. On the following Thursday I was told that the item had been despatched and it did actually arrive that day . On the company website I had read that items were normally despatched promptly on receipt of order and that the standard mode of delivery was Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. There seems to be some conflict here!”
Hello thank you for your order. I am sorry you are unhappy with the speed of service. As your item was placed on a Sunday it was processed on the Monday morning when the office reopened. All orders take up to 48 hours to process which is stated on our website. Your order was sent on the Wednesday and it did reach you 48 hours later as per the 48 hour tracked service from Royal Mail.
