“Have been using meesho for some time. Recently wrong products are sent . Also when 2 pieces are ordered, only one is delivered, but double money is demanded. Delivery staff is extremely rude force's product on you and threaten that if product is returned no future delivery's of meesho will be done. Delivery boy Salman was very aggressive. Am cancelling all orders.”
“Meesho is cheater they get the product back and haven't refunded and when I call customer care they are lying that they refunded the amount but I haven't got the amount. I have checked withy bank and also with meesho application there is no message regarding my refund successfully completed. But meesho customer care are lying that amount is refunded. “I have ordered two thing at the same time but on 22nd july I have recieved only one product and meesho have put that they have deliverd both the products. When I have raised the campliant they said you check with your neighbours. they have give me a complaint number 69017793352 but there is no respose when I have opted for call back from the customer care customer care people are so slow they never listen to you just kept saying please dont disconnect the line and be on the call they dont know how to speak they are not good in english and hindi as well system are not working. system are very slow I have not provided any solution regarding my issue its a wrost app”
