“I had purchased a shirt which was told will be exchanged & I told them I am outstation pls come for exchange after I come back they told don't worry we will take return order also after you come back but these fraud are not answering my call , I want my product to be just Exchanged if possible or returned , but these cheaters are not gvg any service horrible horrible service”

“Never use this app. I experienced unprofessionalism twice. I made a prepaid order. The product was out for delivery, but the delivery boy called and said, "If you give the OTP, I'll come and deliver tomorrow." Later he added, "I'll not deliver your product, do whatever you can." When I contacted the customer support, they were always like "We're looking into it." My order got cancelled without being delivered. They're doing the same with different customers. This app isn't worth installing.”

“Courier person are not helpful now we can't available at per your courier person concern they told us directly u need to available as per there schedule or else they cancelled our order lot of customer are also working they might be not available in morning not allowed with phone so after 4:30 or after 5 pm if they are available so in this regards don't u think person should be helpful and polite and should support regarding order as per the customer availability.They have no humanity at all treat us like dog and cancelled our order as per there concern saying that once we call u need to be available as per our timings.Is this the way to talk to the customer.You need to take action against your courier agent and teach them how to talk straigtway saying no commanding us speak with meesho .”
