Worst experience, big liars, useless support service don’t have any information, stupid resolutions keep you on hold every time, horrible quality product, illmanered and liar delivery agents. Should shut down app they don’t know how to manage. They are big frauds and just take your money and dont refund even after product is picked up. Not recommended at all.”
“I ordered a teddy bear from the app. It was damaged when delivered to me. So i had it returned the very next day. Same day I log in to the app & see that after picking up my product they have updated that the return was cancelled. I complaint and the executive checked that while the order timeline status was wrong in the open tracking section it was showing that the order was picked up from me. I'm yet to receive my refund as they keep reinitiating return. No help so far. Fraud site. Their customer service is so bad that their executives disconnect your calls on your face, do not respond or keep you on hold for hours before disconnecting it again. After raising the complaint on 17/1/2023 with the Ticket No.:673972125312, I'm yet to get my refund or any kind of help from them. Do not purchase anything from this site of you don't want to regret and go through this kind of harrassment.”
“This month 12th I ordered 6items but 16th 1 item and 17th 2 items are delivered but 3itema are not delivered, I ask help line they sent a mail to me that to update my bank account details to refund the main but still now the date was 29th my money is not refund how could we trust this app.”
