“The machine was advertised as super silent, it is not! There is no warning when beans are running low, you have to keep checking and the hopper design means some get stuck on top. Not the best purchase I have made especially for the money.”

“The machine is good but my wife likes late, if you make that the milk is not hot and you have to heat it in the microwave.pointless having a machine to make coffee if you have to heat it.”

“Would like to ask for the website to let you know what accessories you could also get with what you have chosen. When I perched the Look Therm deluxe, it mentions what filter that go with that model. So I went for TEN boxes. Because the machine was 20% off the regular price and this made up what I had budgeted for. Now it's arrived the manual talks about descaling, and free came a sachet of cleaning solution (thank you). I would have at the time perched some of them as my "for me" allowance. But hay I now have 800 filters. Now I'll wait until next month. The rest of the website was your standard site, so 4/5”
