“Had an issue with the machine we bought and called for help. They offered advice straight away and were very proactive in rectify issues. When the quick fixes didn’t work we had a new machine in less than 5 days no quibble, their offer. So professional though out. Would highly recommend!!! From ordering to post sale care we feel looked after. Fantastic product, fantastic company and people. Thank you”

“I bought a filter coffee machine, the one with a thermos carafe. It’s a great product, it really offers you lots of features for your money - all of them cool and working. I went through lot of machines from different brands before and some of them in this price category are a terrible rip -off but with Melitta - you can expect great quality of a German design. It works and you really feel like the machine is worth its price. Of course, everyone likes a different coffee, but if you like pour over technique/filter coffee - this is the product. You can choose how strong you want it, you can program it the night before, and it stays hot even after 3 hours ! Best machine I’ve ever had.”
