“My Melitta filter coffee machine is excellent. I adore coffee and have tried other machines including Beans to Cup, as well as cafetieres. My Melitta by far makes the best coffee. It is also very easy to clean (much easier than a cafetiere). Needing to buy filters and descaling tablets from Melitta UK, customer service was excellent. I was notified quickly when out of stock items came back in (a matter of days) and the order was delivered promptly.”

“Don't know why Waitrose have had stocking issues but great to be able to buy the filters direct from Melitta. Arrived within a few days just had to pay 3.95 carriage. Good service.”

“Straightforward ordering, swiftly delivered. The little white coffe pot is a joy and the filter papers do their job well. A convert to pour over coffee. No returning to a cafetière. Taking out those particular bitter flavours makes such delicious coffee.”

“My MysticTitan coffee machine arrived two days after I ordered it. It is easy to use and cappuccinos are delicious. Well made and it is simple to remove parts for cleaning. Sleek, modern and unobtrusive in my minimal kitchen. Top marks.”
