“Bought a coffee machine that I like and its' working ok. I tried to pay for an extended guarantee through their website, but couldn't enter a date in the date of purchase field. So their coffee machines are good, but their web designers are not so good.”

“I did lots of research and read and watched lots of reviews before deciding on my melitta coffee machine. The price was reduced by 50% then an additional 20% as my partner works for the NHS. Delivery was swift and item well packaged. The machine itself is a game changer, exactly what I wanted and a huge step up from my pod machine. The quality of the machine is great as is the coffee. Definitely recommended!”
