“The service provided is very good, the only issue is not having local service providers. These are large machines to package and post. The lead time was quite long no doubt the result of having a single service provider in the UK. Communication on progress could be better, but it’s a small point. That said the work done was very good and I’ll use the service again.”

“A very slick process from click to delivery. Arrived when promised, easy to set up. Instructions are detailled although the booklet could do with an easier layout (personal preference). Very happy with my new coffeemaker!! Thank you Melitta”

“Best company for coffee filter papers, I hope to get an Aroma Boy at some point, but right now a ceramic cup works fine with the 100 sized filters.”

“Paper filters (size 100) for the Melitta Aromaboy coffee machine are hard to find in the UK. When found, they are usually pricey. I discovered the Melitta website only recently and they sell at a very fair price and delivery is efficient. I am more than happy to recommend Melitta filters. I assume they sell sizes to fit all their own machines -- I do not know whether they stock paper filters for other makes of coffee machines. John, Fife.”

“We debated over a coffee machine for AGES and we couldn't be more happy with our Melitta. Coffees are delicious and there are enough settings to please everyone! We had an issue with the machine so called up, they replaced the machine the next day and had ours collected. Absolutely brilliant service. Not sure how I ever got up in the morning without this!”
