“I have been super impressed with Melitta and their customer service. My trusty Melitta Molino coffee grinder recently failed on me, and I contacted Melitta directly for some advice, and to try and buy a spare part. The liaised with Sharon and she was fantastic in helping me. She informed me that if I had purchased the machine within two years it was covered under a guarantee, and promptly made arrangements to get a replacement out to me the same week. I really was not expecting this - thank you. The grinder is also very good and would recommend this to anyone looking for a small and compact machine.”

“Unfortunately the machine I’ve ordereded wasn’t great , the grind quality just wasn’t achieved to expected levels which resulted in week coffee. Did manage to arrange a return which was a bit fussy to get sorted but the worse part is the 14 day refund period . Ended up buying from amazon another Melitta model without the grinder and prefer their speed in customer service and returns”

“Quick delivery and excellent customer service when I had to ring to change something in a follow up order. Only issue was that the website showed the wrong filter size for the coffee machine I had ordered, (which is why I had to ring to change my order).”

“I found it difficult to find the smaller size filter on their website as they don't give dimensions and I don't know what '1x4' and '1x2' means and so I had to guess in the end. Fortunately I guessed right and their delivery service was excellent.”
