“I have found Melitta to be a very customer friendly, helpful company. I feel I really messed them a lot with my order as I changed my mind twice and they were always happy to accommodate me as soon as they were able. I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. This is my second melitta machine and I love it so much that I no longer buy a take away coffee on my way to work and make sure I have time to have one at home instead.”

“Best filter coffee machine I have ever bought. I tried 4 other makes before this one and they all failed within 6 months. The best features are the ability to clean all removal parts in the dishwasher and the simplicity of design. I don't need pointless gadgets like a timer or an indicator to tell me when my coffee is ready, and this has neither. Just makes excellent coffee.”
