“Very impressed with every aspect of Melita, customer services were extremely in reassuring me the product was suitable for the UK market, the speed at which it was delivered and the machine itself makes fabulous coffee. Only complaint I have was that I forgot to tick the box for the free pack of coffee!”

“I have the coffee maker with the thermal flask. I purchased another flask and it does keep my coffee very hot, so got another one upstairs. Try different flask from Amazon, but this was the best one.”
