“I ordered my Melitta Single 5 coffee machine on-line. I had a couple of difficulties with the ordering, this were quickly resolved when I e-Mailed the customer services team. The machine was delivered next day. I was offered a free box of coffee filters, this option did not work, so I e-mailed customer services who have advised that one is in the post. The machine was delivered next day by DPD, who are very efficient. I ordered this model because the dimensions fitted the storage cupboard where it will be stored. It replaces a Melitta of 30 years service so has something to beat. It is easy to use and makes a fine cup of coffee. I like to removable filter container which makes disposal of used filters much easier. It makes 3 large coffees with ease. I look forward to thirty years of service.”

“First time purchase Melitta coffee machine excellent machine very easy to use and also took advantage of the extended guarantee. Offered by Melitta I would have no hesitation in recommending melltta,it wasn’t my first choice but after reading previous reviews I decided to buy one and I have been very pleased long may it continue.”

“The process of ordering and speed of delivery is outdtanding. However I am disappointed at how weaker coffee beans are compared to Starbucks beans I used just before my Melitta delivery came. Melitta Barista Espresso is nowhere near as strong as espresso should be. The cafe crema also disappointing. Still have crema forte and selection of the year to try. Let's hope it will be better. As for now I have lots of coffee beans to go through before I try the others.”

“Simple efficient service, once the online order was accepted. I did need to e-mail to customer services as the order was showing out of stock, when it was not. The e-mails were promptly answered. Although offered a free bag of filters with the order, the online order did not allow this. A quick e-mail and the filters have been sent in the post, I await delivery. Courier delivery extremely prompt. Pricing very competitive. This is my second Melitta filter machine, the last gave me over thirty years service. My expectations have been set!”

“Very good value for money. Beautiful design, simple to use. We just love it. Mellita make the coffee to taste, this is true! Is a daily pleasure to use this beautiful coffee machine. I used my blue light card by purchasing and was £71 cheaper. I just recommend!”
