“Does exactly what it is supposed to. Great price for what it delivers and whats more the support is absolutely excellent. A couple of times I have had queries about things which really are probably not in their strict remit to support, and each time they have responded so quickly, and have been not only thorough in their response, but genuinely go above and beyond to provide guidance and support. Absolutely fantastic team.”

“As a website developer, I found MembershipWorks in 2018, learned how it works, and now that’s all I recommend to my nonprofit and association clients. To me what matters is how the system behaves behind the scenes—especially during setup, customization, and long-term management. I’ve learned how to navigate the many options and modules MembershipWorks offers. One of the things I appreciate most is that it integrates cleanly with existing websites. This gives developers like me more control over branding and your member’s experience, which is important for associations and nonprofits that already have an established online presence. The platform is flexible, offers multiple membership levels, automated renewals, events, boards and shops. That flexibility also means the setup decisions are important. When it’s configured specifically for your organization, it dramatically reduces manual admin work and stress. MembershipWorks isn’t a “plug-and-play in five minutes” tool, and that’s actually a good thing. It’s built for organizations that want a dependable system they can grow with, not a quick workaround. That’s why it receives such consistently positive feedback and reviews. In my experience, organizations that invest a time upfront, especially with professional implementation, end up with a smoother member experience and fewer headaches down the road. If you have questions, their knowledgeable support team is absolutely the best. They are the ones who answer the phone (no automated phone tree) and they respond quickly to email questions. If you’re considering MembershipWorks and want help setting it up, working with a developer who understands both the technical and operational side of memberships might be just what you need for this project.”

It’s been great learning more about your process and seeing how you make things easier for your clients through clear documentation, videos, and one on one support. One thing we just wanted to clarify, while we don’t list pricing for organizations with more than 10,000 accounts, our system is equipped to support organizations with up to 50,000 accounts. For organizations with 10,000 or more accounts they can reach out to us for a quote. Thanks again for the incredible review and for taking the time to create the video. We truly appreciate it!

“Membership Works is our go to for wordpress website membership integration. Aside from having an incredibly flexible system, the software is veyr robust and does everything we need and a lot we didn't know we needed. The tech support is amazing. The customer service at Membership Works is intriciately knowledgeable about what members really need (and what they don't). They have gone above and beyond in assiting us with the integration for our clients. Highly Recommend!”

“I am a board member for a small art nonprofit. We transferred our membership database to MembershipWorks this summer. We are extremely satisfied. The dashboard makes reading our member statistics incredibly easy and we are finding new ways to engage with our members using this system. The system is secure and I don't worry about spambots-which were an issue before moving. The MembershipWorks team has been very responsive when I have questions or need training. We have been in a transition period due to the pandemic, and I feel good recruiting new staff people now we're using such an intuitive system.”

“Our Club used Wordpress so we were drawn to the expectation of a straightforward plugin and integration with our existing site. Rarely are these things as straightforward as companies claim them to be but I am delighted to say, in this case, it was. Lots of flexibility to set up the system for our requirements. Everything felt easy to follow and the help guides answered many of my questions. And when I still couldn’t work it out, the customer support by email was outstanding. Quick responses despite a different time zone and the answers were clear and very helpful. Have no hesitation in giving Membershipworks a 10/10.”

“I would highly recommend this service to any beginner looking to create a membership website. I received a personalized tour of the program and used all the online guides available. “I researched and trialed many membership plugins before discovering MembershipWorks. It's head and shoulders above the rest in so many ways. It's a beautifully designed and comprehensive membership management system. It's highly customizable and all the moving parts work together without a hitch. It's not only user friendly, but comes with premier support even for the free subscription. Whenever, I've gotten stuck, a quick phone call to the friendly and helpful tech support staff allows me to move forward right away. I wish there were a way to give it more than 5 stars!”

“Thank you.....a thousand times, thank you....for having customer service that is easy to navigate!! Being able to find an email and a phone number to contact you just makes it so easy!! And then, to top it off, Charisse not only answered (and solved) my problem quickly...she went way out of her way to provide detailed descriptions of different solutions that will work for me in the future.
