“The store in Eastbourne never fails to amaze me with the gadgets and knick-knacks available. I would say that the "Scratch and Win" tickets that have "A guaranteed prize every time" that you are given after you purchase are a total waste of time. The website address where you enter your "Unique code" has not been available for the last month. My email to them regarding this unavailability has still not been answered after 2 weeks other than the automated "We’re sorry we’ve not yet been able to get back to you regarding your query. This is an automated response to let you know that we’ve escalated its priority, and will respond as soon as we can.".”
