“Why give people a scratch card with guarantee win and when you put in the unique number it comes up invalid or already redeemed”

“Scratch card doesn't work; it claims that it was inputed wrong or has already been redeemed. Judging by these past reviews, it seems like this is a prevailing issue, but clearly no efforts have been made to fix it.”

“My review is for the scratch card i was given when i purchased my item at a store. When i tried to enter my 'unique number' on menkind's website it said it 'wasnt valid or had been redeemed'. I used to work in retail and know what this means - the stores staff have been using all the valid codes for themselves and knowingly giving customers the dud cards. I'll not only be reporting the store concerned to the company managers but this may even be a matter for the police.”

“Perfectly happy with the purchase, reasonably priced, staff were friendly. I will note that, like a lot of other reviews, the scratch cards don't work. When I went to the page, it didn't even give me the option to enter the code! It said scratch and win, then beneath just a bunch of links to sales pages.”

“Placed an order (166427) for an rc car for my daughters Christmas present, didn’t receive it, I contacted menkind to chase it who promptly replied with a proof of delivery and suggested I check with my neighbours. I told them I hadn’t approved any safe place, hadn’t received a card letting me know which neighbour it was left with, and the proof of delivery photo didn’t even show a door number. Have had no response since and their number - 0333 240 5733 - never connects to anyone (just rings out and goes to voicemail) so will likely have to go to trading standards, will definitely avoid using this company going forward. I will also be contacting the police as a neighbour stealing my parcel is obviously a crime, hopefully MenKind will be more enthusiastic with them to find my order. As it stands though, the law says MenKind is responsible for refunding or (ideally) replacing the lost item I purchased since I never authorised any safe place nor was the parcel handed to anyone on my property. To add insult to injury they responded within 9 minutes to my negative trustpilot review within 9minutes of it being published, claiming to be sorry and to have gotten in touch with me, but as of now (10 hours later) no contact has been made, I guess it was for appearances only. Shameless”

“My order was on the 27th November. Now 21st December and no response from them, no refund and no item. I am tracking through a PayPal dispute on them. They should be sued for the time they waste with their arrogant business practices. Absolute disaster of a company and it doesn’t take much searching to find a wealth of terrible reviews.”
