“Do not take your vehicle to Slough mercedes benz for any work. They over book and then come up with pathetic excuses. Kept my can for 4 days without doing any work and the told me to take my car back if I want to. Wasted my 4 days. I had to pay £150 pounds to get to and from work. Informed the customer service lady but she had absolutely no care and was not even bothered about my situation. A prime example of bad customer service. I have recording of the conversations. Which I will post soon. What a waste of time. Zero stars.”
“my car needs a safety recall from mercedes benz and was told by letter not to drive my car and was told by the dealer a tech would come to my home the following monday to check the recall he did and it does require the recall i asked for a loan car but was told i would have to pay & claim the money back later (keep the receits) when i asked when will my car be ready i was told may be september or october. i have never heard of anyone paying for a loan car & I have been in the motor trade for many years.Mercedes benz said the dealer has to deal with this not them. your steve timms annoyed customer.by japanese next time.”

“I have always serviced my car with Vertu Motors in Slough.
My car was experiencing multiple engine problems and I took my car to Vertu Motors, as usual. I was charged £3,088, only to find that the car still had the same problems IMMEDIATELY after I took it from the garage.
The next day, my car broke down because of these problems. I took the car back to Vertu Motors Slough and they said they couldn't find any problems and returned my car a week later. I still had the same problems with the vehicle.
I spoke to the manager and asked him that if I went to an independent dealer and they diagnosed a problem, if I would receive a refund. He said no.
I went to the Mercedes garage in Stratford and they successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem... the exact same problem that I initially went to the Slough garage for. Vertu Motors didn't diagnose the problem correctly, installed the wrong parts in the car, didn't fix anything. For this, I have been charged a fortune.
My work was disrupted for the past 10 weeks with barely any income, and I have been immensely stressed by this. I will write to Vertu Motors one more time and ask for a full refund including compensation, and I will be taking legal action if this isn't resolved beyond this.”
“Be warned!! the after sales service is appalling once they have your money! Having spent several thousands on ‘repairs’ to our vehicle which has 25k on the clock. We returned vehicle for 3rd time with the same fault, then advised it could only be one of 2 faults. To replace both parts would cost additional £1000+ and when I asked for confirmation in writing that they could guarantee this, of course they wouldn’t do so. We are now several thousands down and still do not have a car that is roadworthy. Absolutely would not recommend at all quite possibly the worst customer service experienced.”
“One star is actually to many, Don’t bother with Mercedes Slough, I won’t go into all the issues as it would take far too long but the most worrying issue was that they had re-set the service indicator but not actually serviced the car or done any of the checks, the sales guy went to great pains to tell me it did not need servicing for another 364 days.
I saw the car before it was prepared but was assured anything that need doing would be done, well they did nothing except a quick wash and hastily apply “Stargard” (don’t waste your money), while I was waiting to collect.
The matters have been resolved now but it should never of happened in the first place appalling service and the managers were useless as well thankfully they have been replaced now.”
“Avoid Mercedes Benz Slough like the plague.
Had a simple warranty repair (Headrests stuck in up position) to conduct to a new 8 month old Merc E220D Coupe lease car. This was in November 2018, even after countless call... No one has ever got back to me- APPALLING!.
I rang them last week (26 Apr 2019) as Major service is due and politely asked if they could the repair to the headrest at the same time as major service.... Absolutely sir... someone will call you back shortly... Still damn well waiting.
Ridiculous... my previous cars have been Audi and BMW and i tell you the service experience is unbelievable compared to Mercedes !
Shame on You Mercedes Slough!”
