“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone concerned in getting my E Class estate serviced. The car was collected yesterday by Andy. Totally professional and courteous in his manner. I briefly mentioned a problem with a parking sensor before he took the car away. As a result of his actions the issue was investigated and the part ordered. They kept the car overnight hoping to repair it today. Sadly the part didn't arrive on time, but I'm booked in for a future appointment. Throughout the process Luke from the Service department kept me fully informed. Andy has just returned the car and it's now spotlessly clean.
