Appalling customer service from such a supposedly reputable company. I first enquired about a car I had seen on their website on Monday 15th April and put a deposit down to reserve this. I had already signed the order form documents to purchase if I still wanted to buy it after seeing and test driving it. I booked in to view the car on the Saturday but the lady I had been dealing with (Kristina) was not working that day so told me she would pass this on. I had asked twice for pictures/videos of the car and received nothing. When I arrived no-one knew I had booked the appointment but someone showed me round and let me take the car for a drive. When I got back I agreed to buy it, however I was then told the car was £4500 more than the price that was on the document. I showed them the screenshots of the car been on the website at the price I’d signed for. I kept been left for long periods of time whilst they were trying to figure out the situation. I was then told there were no managers or anyone that could deal with this until Monday and I would get a call back first thing to discuss what would happen moving forward. I had travelled over an hour to get there and was at the dealership for 3 hours. The day after I received a video from Kristina of the car stating “your car is still here if you would like to come and look at it let me know and I will book you in” baring in mind she was the one who made the appointment. I received no call on the Monday, so I ended up having to ring them to find out the price was falsely advertised and they would just give me my refund back. The total lack of communication/customer service and therefore my whole experience was terrible.

Would not buy a toy car off this outfit endless trouble with the car they told me there was a timing chain and it’s a cam belt Evan there mechanics assured me it was a timing belt😂 until I had to show them evidence of a timing belt for a rubbish Renault engine. No more cars will I buy off these.

Customer service on a Saturday morning is appalling especially the receptionist looking down her nose at me as if she's some special and the foreign lady all because i asked to speak to a bloke as knew it was going to turn into an argument and I've been brought up not to argue with lady's,

Been waiting for 4 weeks for service to ring me back - have left 5 messages. After I posted a review Inchape Customer Service were quick to email me to try and rectify the issue. I was assured that after sales would reach out to me to arrange a service appointment on Mon 27/3 … still waiting. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Appalling service. really bad experience will never return - culminated in staff firstly telling me my car had been washed when it blatantly hadn't - with no offer to rectify as they didn't have the staff.

Very poor, I bought a rather expensive new car with multiple issues which I ended up rejecting. When the replacement car arrived I went to pick it up to find someone at the showroom had actually reversed it into a wall (they blamed the transit but they would not have accepted a car with a creased rear bumper). They made good and had it sorted but there were then a slew of issues, visits to the dealership and an absurd amount of my time wasted. Staff there also seem to have delusions of grandeur, almost like they are better than everyone else but, I have news for them, generally the customer base you have are educated and professional so have a word with yourselves! I could go on all day but I will save something for the official complaint I am going to be making, I can safely say that I will never use this franchise nor will I buy a Mercedes ever again! For a premium brand they have excelled at showing poor customer service and contempt towards paying customers!

Popped in 02/01/2022 with my daughter to look at new car options for her. Understaffed, showroom freezing cold, no coffee machine, and even more embarrassing was that half the showroom cars were completely dead and unable to be opened/look at boot size. Laughable!

Poor customer service and communication. Unpleasant and sarcastic staff. Try an independent Mercedes garage like MB Tech, Warrington for a better experelience

Terrible service, it’s as if the whole sales team are paid not to sell a thing. Left standing around while the whole work force try there very best to avoid you.

Absolutely no point in their useless service team being in the building. Same answer from reception every time I have called (6 times in the last 4 days for a simple update of my vehicle) ‘I’ve tried putting you through but there’s no answer, can I get someone to call you back’. Do they even have anyone working in their service team??????? Then alas, no call back. Asked for the manager today after being fobbed off AGAIN to be told he was on a half day and there was no other manger I could speak to?!! Shambles of a MB dealership, utterly embarrassing. Avoid at all costs.

Rang up to book a test drive of a new E-class arranging for the test drive on the Saturday morning. After arriving at the agreed time i was told they have no record of the year Drive being booked and can’t accommodate the test drive. These things happen so I requested the test drive for the following Saturday at the same time. It was confirmed in person that this was all booked in on their system. The next Saturday come and they again said no record of the test drive being booked and can’t accommodate, stating that even if they could accommodate they don’t have an E-class in to drive. I said this is abysmal customer service I want to test drive this merc as I want to buy one, do you not want to sell one??? After receiving a poor response I just walked out laughing as it was an utter farce for a big prestigious car brand to have utterly poor customer service, unmotivated front of house staff and almost an arrogance that we are Mercedes and customer service isn’t our priority. To make matters worse someone rang me 2 days after my second abortive visit to offer me a test drive of a GLE. After clarifying that it was the E-Class saloon I had wanted to drive as that’s what I was interested in buying I was told we haven’t got any to drive but the GLE is the same engine as the engine of the E-Class so I would get an accurate feel. I stated to the gentleman that the test drive was more about getting a feel for the car I actually want to buy not a different model. I literally couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! From start to finish this Merc dealership was a shambles to deal with, ended up buying a brand new car somewhere else!!

pick up apparent brand new GLA to find out when reached home the spare key is faulty, so funny, the sales lady who sold the car told me i need to wait for the V5 of my car before the can order a new key, and it will only take 5 days to arrive from Germany, its now 14 days and there is no sign of key yet. Few days after collecting my car, one of the speaker making static noise, book to service to get it check, they ask me to bring the car in the morning but they only start the job at 0330 pm nearly closing time, thanks to mercedez me, i can monitor what going on in my car. They expect me to be there before their closing time of 6pm when they only call me at 0545 pm. i ended up having a taxi to work as i got no car to use, its really inconvenience and mecedez warrington dont care. The good lady said there is no problem with my speaker and only vibrating on the speaker card so they put pad to resolve the problem, she told me just need to come back if there is a problem. A day after same problem with the speaker appears, thanks for the pads you put in my speaker mercedes, your a shame. Now i need to book in my car for another check and have a very unpleasant experience and inconvenience to mercedez warrington. I hope they will put more pad to my speaker this time to resolve the static problem on my speaker. Its a shame to a very well know luxury car maker like mercedes benz making bad reputation by dealership like warrington. please dont play politics to your customer, do your job properly and be honest to all your custumer. i will go to the next level of complaint in you dont sort yourself out. Your customer service need ovehauling, the worst customer service i have ever experience. Please build your reputation nicely and get rid of your very un greatfull staff. Im pretty sure there are more people around who deserve a job than the staff you have now.

Just picked up my car after my second service with inscape Warrington to find the digital service report was a copy of last years service and when they serviced my car last year they gave me a health check for a different car ,I don’t recommend this dealership great brand dreadful after service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you wish to be left sitting in the showroom for 40 minutes having made an appointment and then NOT having your deposit returned ....worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Awful AWFUL customer service experience. The poorest I’ve ever received. I’ve visited the Warrington branch a few times over the years and left in tears almost every time. Made to feel out of place, almost laughed at. Staff seemed totally Un bothered and I walked away none the wiser, visited last week and told them my budget and the spec I’m after, he then disappeared for half an hour and came back down to tell me he’d worked out figures for a PCP on a car that was £3000 over my budget! If I had no manners I would have asked him why he’s kept me waiting to tell me that, but he obviously wasn’t listening. I was told I would be put on a ‘list’. The guy who spoke to us gave no eye contact, he was looking around the showroom while speaking to us as if we were keeping him from something. The poorest experience myself or my family have ever received. Would never deal with Mercedes Warrington again. I’ve now found a fantastic dealership in Leeds and the staff are beyond helpful and kind. Couldn’t be happier! Bought the car today, no hassle. So glad I didn’t follow through with doing business at Warrington. P.S - from the list of extremely poor reviews on here, Mercedes Warrington ... I think you need to really have a look at yourselves. Other reviews on here explain extremely poor service issues, meanwhile the sales guy was explaining that the included car services were a selling point! No care for customers what so ever. Disgusting.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE!!!! I WAS THERE ACCUSING GEARBOX PROBLEMS AND THEY CHANGE THE OIL AND FILTER I PAID 333£ I PICKED UP AND WAS THE SAME!!! SECOND TIME I WENT THERE AND THEY KEEP THE CAR FOR 5 DAYS! WHEN I CALL THEM IN 5TH DAY BECAUSE THEY NEVER CALLED ME, THEY WAS SAYNG THAT MY CAR IT'S 100% OK NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, THEY HAVE DONE TEST DRIVE AND CHECKED EVERITHING AND THE CAR IT'S OK! I PICKED UP THE CAR, AND IT'S THE SAME!!!!!!! TOMORROW I WILL GO THERE AGAIN BUT NOT PEACEFUL!!!! SHAME OF YOU! YOU DON'T DESERVE TO WORK FOR MERCEDES-BENZ! I WILL MAKE COMPLAINT ABOUT YOU IN GERMANY MAIN OFFICE AS WELL!!!

Absolutely disgraceful!!! They are at the moment trying to put things right. Rude staff, unacceptable standards, let me drive away with no insurance, this £26000 car was scratched, dented, food stuck in the switches, spit all over the information screen inside, coffee slopped across the gear area, scuffs on doors, bonnet not aligned with the wings. Floor panel in boot not fixed in and all it’s fixings missing, the under floor equipment rolling around the boot. Algae growing in the soft top roof seams. In good faith I offered my dad’s car, a 2017 with very low mileage, which they gave me just above the going price because they had a trader wanting it’s done it was in showroom condition. If I reject my new car the salesman said you are getting your part ex back, even though they have had it for 8 days now. So I don’t know where it’s been? I’m at my wits end with Mercedes Benz Warrington...
