“Appalling customer service from such a supposedly reputable company. I first enquired about a car I had seen on their website on Monday 15th April and put a deposit down to reserve this. I had already signed the order form documents to purchase if I still wanted to buy it after seeing and test driving it. I booked in to view the car on the Saturday but the lady I had been dealing with (Kristina) was not working that day so told me she would pass this on. I had asked twice for pictures/videos of the car and received nothing. When I arrived no-one knew I had booked the appointment but someone showed me round and let me take the car for a drive. When I got back I agreed to buy it, however I was then told the car was £4500 more than the price that was on the document. I showed them the screenshots of the car been on the website at the price I’d signed for. I kept been left for long periods of time whilst they were trying to figure out the situation. I was then told there were no managers or anyone that could deal with this until Monday and I would get a call back first thing to discuss what would happen moving forward. I had travelled over an hour to get there and was at the dealership for 3 hours. The day after I received a video from Kristina of the car stating “your car is still here if you would like to come and look at it let me know and I will book you in” baring in mind she was the one who made the appointment. I received no call on the Monday, so I ended up having to ring them to find out the price was falsely advertised and they would just give me my refund back. The total lack of communication/customer service and therefore my whole experience was terrible.”
“Would not buy a toy car off this outfit endless trouble with the car they told me there was a timing chain and it’s a cam belt Evan there mechanics assured me it was a timing belt😂 until I had to show them evidence of a timing belt for a rubbish Renault engine. No more cars will I buy off these.”

When I was waiting for my car I enquired about a price to exchange for a new car. I spoke to a lady and also a gentleman who were extremely helpful.”

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone concerned in getting my E Class estate serviced. The car was collected yesterday by Andy. Totally professional and courteous in his manner. I briefly mentioned a problem with a parking sensor before he took the car away. As a result of his actions the issue was investigated and the part ordered. They kept the car overnight hoping to repair it today. Sadly the part didn't arrive on time, but I'm booked in for a future appointment. Throughout the process Luke from the Service department kept me fully informed. Andy has just returned the car and it's now spotlessly clean. He made sure I was fully informed regarding the next appointment. I couldn't ask for more, thank you.”
“Been waiting for 4 weeks for service to ring me back - have left 5 messages. After I posted a review Inchape Customer Service were quick to email me to try and rectify the issue. I was assured that after sales would reach out to me to arrange a service appointment on Mon 27/3 … still waiting.

“I just wanna say how amazing Asha (sales) is, her customer service is amazing shes a lovely women, not only just me but to my daughter bringing her snacks or her ipad for games, Asha understood my problem when my last car and just wanted the same but just abit better/newer! She made that for me made it so easy for my to buy the car always updating me she and get colleague David also helped me with my payments, there is alot more to say but Asha is amazing and lovely friendly woman, she's one for always putting customer firsts and giving them 100%. I cant thank her enough shes the reason why i would go back again.”

I bought a rather expensive new car with multiple issues which I ended up rejecting. When the replacement car arrived I went to pick it up to find someone at the showroom had actually reversed it into a wall (they blamed the transit but they would not have accepted a car with a creased rear bumper). They made good and had it sorted but there were then a slew of issues, visits to the dealership and an absurd amount of my time wasted.
Staff there also seem to have delusions of grandeur, almost like they are better than everyone else but, I have news for them, generally the customer base you have are educated and professional so have a word with yourselves!
I could go on all day but I will save something for the official complaint I am going to be making, I can safely say that I will never use this franchise nor will I buy a Mercedes ever again! For a premium brand they have excelled at showing poor customer service and contempt towards paying customers!”
