“It was easy to order from the website. When I messaged and asked about using our tax exempt status, I was given information on exactly what I needed to do. I received several emails making sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. The order was placed and delivered promptly. I will order from MFIMedical again.”

“It's a bit scary in today's environment to order a product from a company you are not familiar with, so I placed my order and hit send hoping the company was a good/respected company. I immediately received a receipt of my order, also within minutes, I received an email from a real person with a face in the email telling me that if I needed any help to contact her. Both of these made me feel more comfortable about ordering from MFI. Within a day I received a ship date and the product arrived as forecasted within a couple of days. I am extremely happy with the product and the purchase experience from MFI.”
