Do not expect quick service! The shipping (even with the fastest expedited service) is over a week!!!! And when attempting to reach out to customer service, I still haven’t received a call back. It’s not worth the frustration! Seek alternatives!

We estimate the time our manufacturers will take to prepare your equipment plus standard shipping (5-7 business days, not 2 days) and provide an “Estimated Delivery” (near the “Add to cart” button on every product page). If an item is in stock ready to ship you will see a next business day estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, Wallach was unable to ship your order until 4/20. Your order was delivered on 4/21. As a reminder, expedited shipping applies to shipping only. If the manufacturer is behind on production we have to wait until the product is available before we can ship it out. Once we ship it out then it would ship at the rate you select. Unfortunately, company uses independent shipping which delays arrival of product significantly or charges high shipping prices.

I received 1 book, expecting to get 4. Can you tell me if the other 3 are available, or if if I should expect them?

In a nearly 500 dollar transaction, I received the wrong product after it took nearly two months to be delivered. Terrible

Advertisement of equipment listed was not accurate, then it was discounted slightly. Upon arrival again it was falsely advertised. Again adjustment in price was made. Upon testing equipment 4 of the 6 machines required repairs in the amount of over 5000.00 dollars in parts alone. So much for refurbished equipment. Pricing then negotiated again. But was invoiced for the full original amount exceeding the discounted amount of 8900.000 dollars. PO # 1001973502 I certainly hope that we see a refund of the overpayment. Total invoice should have been 6000.00 only.

MFI decided to stop offering this type of unit due to satisfaction concerns and offered you several options including a free return and full refund.
