“I have had nothing but bad reviews for this company. its taken almost 2 months on backorder. Their staff refused to contact me when I tried to contact them. twice I had to threaten to cancel my order just to get them to reply. They blamed it on problems in India. Poor PR. unfortunately the picture shows the item with a thumb handle for easier use yet the product did not come with one. Having alot of problems finding someplace that will sell just the trigger arm. had they notified me that the item was on backorder I would have cancelled the order then. customer relations to me is crappy as all hang. If possible I will never buy anything from this company again.”
