“Eight days after placing an order I tried to find the status of that order. The order was listed "shipped" but no tracking information was available through the MFI web site and no date of when it was shipped was given. The web site said to refer to an email that was sent to me with the tracking information --- but no such email was received. Instead, I got emails containing my invoice and receipts, from an account manager, which took me forever to find because I was looking for an email from MFI Medical. Then I got a third email saying the order was still pending. Still no ship date, still no tracking number. Very, very poor communication and a huge waste of my time researching a small order.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from MDI Medical. They carry a certain type of retention tape that I need, and at a comparable price. The automated ordering was very easy and quick. My only problem is that I did not receive a purchase confirmation email providing details of the order.”
