“I still don’t have the product. It was estimated for the middle of April and is still sitting in Chicago on May 6th. At this point I wouldn’t do business with this company again! I have a disabled son that was excited at thought of being able to get out of his room and we have to keep telling him not today!”

The chair you ordered needed more parts, and due to the global supply chain shortage, these parts took longer to arrive. Your chair arrived the week after your estimated date.
