“I tried calling your company while processing this order since I needed to take the taxes off but no one answered. I have submitted my resale certificate via email. I hope you guys refund me the taxes.”

“I ordered equipment and it was substituted for stuff I would have NEVER ordered. Now I am trying to get the stuff that I initially ordered. Just got of the 2nd phone call and I am still tracking my stuff.”
