“Found what I needed on the MFI website easily and made my decision based on the guaranteed free returns policy. It took a few weeks to come but MFI kept me in the loop with frequent status updates. Product arrived a few days before date promised and miraculously the replacement bulb fit my old hand-held Tycos sphygmomanometer I bought decades ago while in medical school! Works like new now. Very good experience overall.”

“I cannot say enough great things about the customer service and service in general about this company!! From the first phone call (with "Lindsey") to the final ordering of the item, they went above and beyond any customer service I've had from ANY type of company or business in years!!!!
