“Advertisement of equipment listed was not accurate, then it was discounted slightly. Upon arrival again it was falsely advertised. Again adjustment in price was made. Upon testing equipment 4 of the 6 machines required repairs in the amount of over 5000.00 dollars in parts alone. So much for refurbished equipment. Pricing then negotiated again. But was invoiced for the full original amount exceeding the discounted amount of 8900.000 dollars. PO # 1001973502 I certainly hope that we see a refund of the overpayment. Total invoice should have been 6000.00 only.”

Hello Kent, Thank you for your honest feedback. We conducted an in depth review of your order and see that this was in regards to your order for Mar Cor WRO 300 H Portable Water Purification Systems. MFI decided to stop offering this type of unit due to satisfaction concerns and offered you several options including a free return and full refund. It looks like we were able to offer another option which you preferred over returning the units and the full refund.
