“It took almost 2 months for my order to get here, and it was damaged when it arrive. It was also more expensive than when I usually get it. I ordered here because my usual place was out of stock and I needed it! They DID refund my money for the damaged order, which was the only good thing about the experience! I won’t be buying here, again.”

Hello Marie, Thank you for your honest feedback. The item you ordered was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and was advertised as back ordered when you placed the order. The estimated delivery date in July was September 8th; it was not available from the manufacturer until that date. This may be the reason your other supplier was out of stock as well. With transit time, you received your item the following week. Your account manager communicated with you September 8th as well. We’re sorry to hear the manufacturer sent you a defective item. “This mask fits me particularly well. Minimal slippage and air leak. I have tried several, this is the best in terms of fit. And, I have not contracted the virus.”
