“I was nervous about this transaction because it took so long for the device to arrive. Customer service was not really able to give me an expected timeframe for the item either. I was considering canceling the order because I began to think it was a scam. The item did arrive in good condition about 6 weeks after I placed the order. This is a gift so I hope it is the quality expected.”
