“They never shipped out my order until I contacted customer service to ask where my order was. That's poor turnaround and makes me hesitant to trust them.”

“You asked to subscribe to get $100 off it did not mention at all that it excludes some products after I was checking out it told me that the coupon code does not apply for the item I wanted to purchase”
