“Do not expect quick service! The shipping (even with the fastest expedited service) is over a week!!!! And when attempting to reach out to customer service, I still haven’t received a call back. It’s not worth the frustration! Seek alternatives!”

Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for your honest review. We appreciate your understanding with our manufacturers. This item is factory new and ships directly from the factory. We estimate the time our manufacturers will take to prepare your equipment plus standard shipping (5-7 business days, not 2 days) and provide an “Estimated Delivery” (near the “Add to cart” button on every product page). If an item is in stock ready to ship you will see a next business day estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, Wallach was unable to ship your order until 4/20. Your order was delivered on 4/21. As a reminder, expedited shipping applies to shipping only. If the manufacturer is behind on production we have to wait until the product is available before we can ship it out. Once we ship it out then it would ship at the rate you select.
