“The Company has become less user friendly in my view in recent years. Less bonuses, customer services phone times have been curtailed from 24 hours a day to 8am to 8pm. and some games have been withdrawn recently. Recent game additions mean you are compelled to play multiple lines at a minimum of 1p per line. No option to play say one line at 10p, like the older slots. These online slots are said to run on random number generators. Whilst this is probably true to an extent, my experience on being a member for 11 years is that algorithms determine whether a particular slot is on low payout or generous payout. There will be regular occasions when any given slot can take in £10 to £15 without any winning line, on for example 10p a spin. Today I had enough and closed my account. They wanted me to do a video of myself for ID purposes, holding documents proving my DOB, this having used the same debit card for years for both deposits and withdrawals. I told them I’m not demeaning myself for £10 by sending such documentation and told them to keep the money. So that’s it, I’m done. Also beware of intrusive questionnaires when they think you are spending too money or spending too much time on there. This is a company that makes money from gambling, but they’ll pretend to be concerned if they think you are over spending. It’s hypocritical and patronising. There are tools on the app to control your spending or time on the site. It won’t make any difference, they’ll still stalk you. Customer services are helpful, but they read scripts and can appear patronising. The slots are fair in my view, and good wins can be achieved, but be prepared for bad days. Gary Chapman.”

“Its an ok site with fun games. Have won a few times and received winning. Not sure with the site over the last year as games seemed to have changed, not as many wins and alot of dry spins. Undecided!!”

“Won a fair bit on poker, which was nice. Took a week to tell me that I had to pose with a giant cheque before they would pay my winnings (£1300) which they then took another week to pay bit by bit. Then my luck strongly seemed to change after that.”

“Well where do I start ... The games are good and easy to use, but if your lucky enough to win any money and want to withdraw its redicouls you need less information to get a passport . I mean I only won 30.00 and still haven't got it , its been like 2 weeks the require 4 types of ID but stop shy of a medical tbh its a joke .. Others online casino are much better jackpotjoy have got it down 2 days nd boom in your bank.”

“The bingo site is great, very easy app to play. Have been playing a while and have not had any problems....up til now! Iv been lucky to have a couple of withdrawals and that was a simple process. However, like somebody elses review, now that I need to withdraw £300, they're asking for ID (4 pieces of id I hasten to add!) Its just stalling tactics and they do keep asking me if I want to reverse my withdrawals. very happy customer now. Am just waiting for my money then Im seriously reconsidering staying! The funny thing is, when speaking to customer services and saying how unhappy I was with having to supply them with id etc, the last question they asked me was "would I refer them to any of my friends and family?" Ummmmm......DONT THINK SO!!!!”

“I will not be using this site again. They took all my bonuses of me for winning more than I deposited. Also I got 3 free spins symbols on a slot n didn't receive them. I contacted mfortune who said I had to log into my account and go through my play log and screen shot it to send them. I cannot find anywhere were I log into my account. This site stinks and the customer service is very poor. As for my bonuses I don't feel you should be punished for winning. It's a gamble on both parties involved.”

“Never again will I play this site. I withdrew £70 about 6 weeks ago with no problems now I have won £300 on poker and this should have left my account after 3 working days but now they want me to send them identification. I sent them I'd but they say it's not acceptable. All they are doing is stalling for time hoping I will reverse my withdrawal. They contact me on a Friday to tell me they need I'd and once they receive it it will leave my account 1 to 3 working days after that but because its a weekend it won't be looked at till Monday or Tuesday. Absolute joke. They should ask for identification when you first register funny thing is they will still let you play while refusing to pay you out until you provide I'd. One thing for sure I will never deposit on this site again. Avoid at all cost.”

“Love the games and the site is real easy to use but the same as most people I've spoken to you never get many wins although I've spent thousands trying.,but saying that when I was a new customer I would win all the time.#sucked in.”
