“Worst casino. Inspite of providing all different documents like passport, driving license, bank statement, payslip, they not verified my account. They just looking for an excuse to buy more time. Now asking me to provide June payslii and statement which only generated end of the month”

“Requested a withdrawal 4th April now 9th I understand it's bank holiday but it doesn't seem to affect other sites, requested a call back waited 2days phone rang once by time I got to it had stopped can't get back on to chat wrote mutlble emails,no response”

“Terrible unlawful company the gambling commission need to home in hard on companies sucn as mfortoune Made a withdrawal of £102 Sent in documents which had been accepted. To be told no they've not been accepted to they have been accpeted, the withdrawals been processed to the withdrawal hadn't been processed due to weekend even tho i withdrew well before weekend. This company are fraudsters and i hope IBAS strongly come down hard on unfair, unlawful, unprofessional companies such as mfortoune who must be doing this thousands of players on there platforms.”

“Decent wins are very rare to the point its questionable whether this should be allowed, you can exhaust your whole phone bill at the tap of a button and there is not really a chance of winning big at all, fake winners all over the website with big fake cheques in there hand. “DONT USE THIEVES This is the worst site I’ve ever dealt with, I accept they require proof of certain things like all sites. But this is their response to me after 3 months of trying to withdraw £300. • Proof of yourself holding the card provided. For the proof of your card that has been requested, we would also need an image showing yourself holding the same document provided. In the picture we would need to clearly see your face and be able to read the details of the same card you provide. • Proof of the £300 deposit made on 29/12/22. For a bank statement of your recent transactions, we would require an image showing the recent deposits you made with your card. In this picture we would need to see the bank logo on the statement, the date, amount, our casino name in the transaction, and the last 4 digits of the card number used to match the one on your account. • A short video (15 seconds) of yourself holding the proof of your date of birth is required. We would need to clearly see your face and the details of the same document provided. So if you want to do selfies and videos of yourself which is an absolute joke then be my guest. Steer clear much better genuine sites out there. They changed their minds on proof several times with me, each time I give them what they requested they want something else. Thieves absolute thieves”

“Terrible won £59 didn't pay me out,won 100 another time didnt pay me out,won £160 today wouldn't pay me out and they deactivated my account while I was winning alot of money on the slots, do NOT go on this site u win but they won't pay u out!!!!!! Also I went on live chat 8 times they kept cutting it off everytime I asked a certain question they would answer me,I have a new phone number and deposited through that so tried to make a withdrawal,but they wouldn't let me their excuse was I won £59 last November on a old phone number so I can't get my withdrawal of £160 which I deposited £10 from pay by mobile on my new number,till I showed proof of old phone number of the £59,I told them I dont have proof of old number,so I said forget the £59 I won last year with my old number,and just give me my £160 I won today with the money I deposited with my new phone,they still said no,what does my winnings today got to do with my old number as I didn't deposit by that old number,anyway as they wouldn't pay my £160 I played on the slots and it was paying out quite alot and got upto quite alot next minute screen went blank and said your account has been deactivated!!!!! Do not give these thieves ur money they won't pay u out,sent them loads of ID but they said no even tho I gave them what they asked for,disgusting!!!!”

“Honestly just avoid I never used to have any bother on this site then the past 6 months you basically cannot withdraw. They take your money to easy no questions but to get money from them it's so much I'd...that is never enough to get your winnings. I made a withdrawal the other week and I immediately contacted them to make sure it would go through after jumping through hoops a previous withdrawal I was told I am fully verified and my withdrawal will be processed in 1 day. The day passed so I contacted live chat again only this time I was asked to send phone bill so I did I am told that it isn't enough I need to send my bank statement showing it paid also so I did. I am then told that they aren't accepted. God knows how I am supposed to prove then if they aren't accepted after arguing this point I literally give up today I try to log into the account and it pops up that my account has been banned. Honestly the worst site.”

“Absolutely shocking. Still waiting for my money. Making me jump through hoops to prove my bank details, money, anything and everything they can throw at me. Still no further forward. Avoid them!!! Told different things all the time. Keep asking for extra stuff. Absolutely disgraceful. Never known a site like it”

“I've been fobbed off yet again!!!! 😩 I'm asking for my withdrawal of £25 which I won from bonuses & loyalty points. I had to wager about £400+ in order for it to be converted to cash. Having only the week before I sent an obscene amount of id and having spoke to customer service, they agreed this was enough information to clear the funds. As it was still within the 30days of the info I had sent them. I was told to ignore any further txt messages and my money would be transferred in 1-5 days, this usually only takes 2 days. Its now 4 days on and low and behold I've had 3 more texts requesting further info. So I call again, and they are now saying that the 'banking team' requested a further phone bill, which happened to be generated the very day after I had already spoken to them. Exactly how much interest are they going to make on my £25 fgs. I'm am definitely not recommending this site to anyone in the future. I agree with everyone else on here who has given a 1 star review, if I could give 0 stars I would, definitely starting to seem like a huge scam site. Email being sent also.”

“Requested a withdrawal after sending a ridiculous amount of ID that should of been requested before depositing money and playing if age requirements are reason for withholding winnings i then received a txt advising that my winnings are being processed to then be advised that the bank details were incorrect which is a blatant lie as one of the forms of identification i forwarded was a bank statement. Now They have returned my withdrawal request back to cashable credit so i am going to have to go through the ridiculous withdrawal process again. I am doubtful that i will receive the money i won. So this company is doubling profits by withholding people's winnings as well as what they spend avoid at all costs. Complete scam company”

“absolute scam of a site..... 184 spins until I won 10p. another 222 spins until a 17p win......and.... 4751 spins without a bonus round and when I triggered one finally I won a grand total of.....ZERO. Yep. 15 free spins at 50p to win absolutely nothing. nearly £2000 spent and won about £2.30. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I have to be honest, most of my withdrawals have went through ok. And when I say ok, I do mean ok after the whole sending of way too much id first. I made a request for a withdrawal of £160 last Monday evening and haven’t heard a word since. Usually I get a txt to say that it’s on it way, but not this time. I have received no phone call or email to say why I haven’t received it. I have phoned and emailed every single day since and no one is replying to me at all. I have made a complaint and still nothing. SCAM! They are fraudulently withholding my winnings and giving me no explanation as to why. Customer services try to be helpful, but all they can say is that it’s with the ‘relevant department’. A department that I can’t call and who never contact me. I will however not give up like many others have. I am very tempted to contact these people and say that I will fight their case for them because I am relentless and will not give up! And another concern I have is that the hold always seemed to placed in the withdrawals stage!! Surely if they thought I had a gambling problem or was being fraudulent, the hold should have been placed while making the deposit and that shouldn’t have went ahead? Another complaint I have made and had no response to. And breathe lol”

“Spoke to Dana consultant and asked why my withdrawal did not work. Apparently I had linked accounts I do not recall. I explained that my main account had ID. These other apparent accounts did not and they refused to payout my bonus winnings. It is a robbery on the next level. I hope they do something constructive with £50. Do not plat Mfortune casino or their cross chain casinos. They will Rob you clean. I'm just thankful I never made a personal deposit because if they could refuse bonus credit - they could have refused my own deposit and winning funds. Avoid this casino at all costs and don't waste any of your valuable time. Use a crypto casino that have instant payouts and care for their users that want to use whichever account desired.”

“Awful company I've been with them for over 1 year now and had many of withdrawals until recently,they want to much ID sent which I happily sent to them but no they need proof I've actually paid my phone/Internet lol I don't get why they need this?? Aslong has they can see its actually me I think that's the main thing 🤔 right??”
